where on Earth have I been
there you are waiting in anticipation
perhaps nervous
or simply complacent
but your mind does wander
like winds whistling through a
heavy metal forest
and you wonder
will the waiting ever end
and then nothing ever comes
and you are back at the beginning
like a child

HEY! I’m there today. Unfortunately there are no clouds so I am interpreting the meanderingly busyness of ants instead.
that’s a wonderful pastime as well!
Waiting is an endless mindless task, you capture it well.
thank you Denise
beautiful
thank you very much
Waiting can make sense if there are clouds to read.
forever fascinating are the clouds….
